This is a one-time listing, plus two weeks of listing updates.    All Types of Listings - 30 day account: Price: $50.00 This account gives you a one-time listing plus recurring email updates of new listings, along with interview guidelines and sample roommate agreement. The account is renewable for $25 for each additional month.  All Types of Listings - 90 day account: Price: $93.00 This account gives you a one-time listing plus recurring email updates of new listings, along with interview guidelines and sample roommate agreement. It's a good value for those starting their search in advance or those who would like the option of additional listings after finding a share. The account is renewable for $17 for each additional month.   Listing Types: Short Term Listings: 1-6 months, with occasional possibility of extension Long Term Listings:  Between 6 -12 months or sometimes longer Absentee Share Listings: Share with a roommate who is not in the apartment full-time   OR List Your Available Room for Free
